    This exciting opportunity has arisen in our Development and Delivery Department. We are looking for someone to lead and manage our Wales Mental Health Development Programme, which will involve managing the effective delivery of the Foundation’s programmes of work through supporting the Wales team and leading the administration of the Wales Office

    Job Role

    In this role, you will work with various teams in the Foundation to produce our operational plan and translate it into impactful programmes based on our prevention-focused strategy. You will apply strategic approaches to grow our reputation and reach and explore new areas of work in Wales that will enable the Foundation to raise income to invest in further Mental Health improvement activities and achieve greater impact.

    We’re seeking an individual with excellent organisational skills and programme management skills with the ability to motivate, guide and develop staff to achieve high performance. You will have strong relationship development skills, a commitment to improving the mental health of all people, as well as demonstrable experience of public health practice or research work in mental health or other area.
