    Disability Can Do is a user led registered charity based in the borough of Caerphilly in South Wales. We work with, and for, disabled people promoting social inclusion, independence and choice. We place their needs at the centre of our services and empower people by providing information, advice and support that enables them to make informed decisions and choices in their lives and improves their overall well-being.

    Job Role

    The successful applicant will be passionate about helping people, innovative, entrepreneurial and a transformational leader. They will have the drive and management skills to deliver excellent services and generate the new enterprise income essential to the sustainability of the organisation.

    Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the successful applicant will hold an instrumental role in helping us achieve our organisational goals. They will be tasked with increasing our reach, and advancing our service provision to meet the needs of disabled adults and carers living within the community.

    The successful applicant will be required to manage day-to-day operations and will be accountable for the continued provision of high quality support services. The applicant will be expected to provide effective and inspirational leadership to the staff team, competently manage various financial budgets, and maintain and broker successful relationships with both current and future funders/stakeholders.

    Contract Type: Initial 1 year

    Hours: 30 Hrs per week
