  • Summary

    This permanent post will ensure the accurate maintenance of supporter records in North Wales Wildlife Trust’s database and undertake a of variety of administrative tasks related to them.


    Job Role

    Ensuring that data is accurately entered into and amended within the Wildlife Trust’s supporter database, currently The Raiser’s Edge, including information from/relating to:

    • New member forms
    • Volunteer registration forms
    • Volunteer timesheets
    • Amendments to existing supporter information of any kind
    • Regular membership subscription payments
    • Regular and irregular donations

    Using supporter-related data to undertake regular, routine tasks, including:

    • Processing quarterly Gift Aid claims
    • Undertaking monthly Direct Debit processes and all interim Direct Debit management tasks
    • Interrogating the database monthly to compile financial supporter statistics and undertake membership-related tasks (e.g. renewal reminders, cancellation procedures etc.)
    • Contributing to the annual individual giving surveys processed by RSWT
    • Compiling volunteer statistics for regular review and grant reporting

    Ensuring that data within The Raiser’s Edge is reconciled with the Wildlife Trust’s BACS and accounting records

    Acquiring and maintaining a fundamental understanding of The Raiser’s Edge and its use by the Wildlife Trust, and assessing the feasibility of any proposed changes to our software or its use

    Supporting the Wildlife Trust’s Fundraising Director in maintaining up-to-date policies concerning the Wildlife Trust’s use of The Raiser’s Edge, and any departures from these

    Supporting the Wildlife Trust’s Fundraising Director in interrogating The Raiser’s Edge for general fundraising purposes (e.g. appeals to members; grant capture)

    Salary: £16,306-18,518 pro rata (0.3 FTE = 10.5 hours/week)
