    This is an exciting opportunity for some-one who wants to further their career within the domiciliary care environment

    Employer Profile

    The Home First Support Service provides personal care and reablement support to older people on a short-term basis as a means of either avoiding hospital admission or supporting discharge from hospital.

    Job Role

    You will be an experienced care worker with a level 3 diploma in health and social care and a good understanding of completing client assessments, reviews and service delivery plans along with the ability of supporting and mentoring a small team.

    The ability of organising and prioritising your own workload and that of others is essential.

    The post holder will need to work flexibly in a busy environment with excellent communication and IT skills.

    Interview dates – 8th & 9th August 2017

    The Service is registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency with CSSIW.
