Community Support Worker x2

£10,348.80 per annum (actual)


We are looking for two Community Support Workers to support people with dementia to remain active and engaged in their own homes and in the community, providing them with opportunities designed around their interests. Support provided will be in line with the service specification, which will enable people with dementia to continue with personal hobbies and interests or try new experiences and activities.

Support Worker


£18,000 - £21,000 per annum


You will join an existing team working as a Key Worker in our specialist Independence & Wellbeing Centre, helping survivors and their families to live well after an acquired brain injury (ABI).

Previous experience of ABI is preferred, but not essential.
